ECS 1.4.2 Release Candidate 2 Available

i've created a second release candidate for ECS 1.4.2. this contains a fix
for an encoding issue reported by Abre Chase. this fix involves an
important method and so i'd greatly appreciate it if anyone who is able
tests it and reports any problems.

this second release candidate is available from
http://cvs.apache.org/~rdonkin/ecs/.

TIA

- robert

I've given it a quick test and found no problems. I'll continue to run it in
development for a while.
