row-read-stage

Under load i had the row-read-stage pending increase dramatically and
never relent.  couple questions:

- what happens during row-read-stage (any read from the database or
server-2-server read?)

- what can block the processing of these reads?


explanation of the differnt "tpstats" as reported by nodeprobe would
also be a good thing for the ops page.
