cxfse -> cxfbc
hi, i creating cxfse for annotated pojo. i then wish to use cxfbc to expose
it, but cxfbc require wsdl. What i do if i wish not to have wsdl.? cxfbc
crash if no wsdl??

hmm. Is way to set order for .war deployment? Everything we used is
lightweight.

One way currently is deploy cxfse and cxfbc endpoint in two different
SAs and deploy the SA containing cxf se endpoint first
