JDO 2.3-ea version of the specification has been uploaded

to http://people.apache.org/~clr/jdo-2009-05-08.pdf

There are change bars representing the delta between 2.2 and 2.3.

There's no "book" content (license, TOC, LOF, Index), just the chapters.

Please let me know if there are any issues.
