Hi Ron,

if you are asking about the commons-logging infinite loop problem with
Tomcat 5.5, then the answer is "sorta".  i can prevent the app from
breaking, but i can't make logging work the way it used to anymore.  i
have yet to check in a fix for it, but for now, all you should do is
remove the commons-logging.properties file from the WEB-INF/src
directory.  do this for each example and they should all run fine,
though the logging system might not work.

also, would you please ask any future questions on the velocity-user
list?  that way anyone else with your same question can find this
answer, and i don't have to keep answering it myself.  i'd much
appreciate that.
