Apache Harmony uses Xerces 2.9.1 as a dependency.
A couple of people have reported problems downloading the binary code from the main distribution site [1]. The download results in a shortened version of the ZIP file whose MD5 checksum does not match the expected value (a0e07ede1c3bd5231fe15eae24032b2e).
Please could somebody check that the file on the distribution server is ok and that it can be downloaded successfully. I tried and it failed to fully download for me too (I could get it from a mirror ok).

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Works for me now, but I am attached to a faster link (at work) than when I tried it last (from home).
Thanks for confirming that the data is good on the server.
Just have to keep it in mind for people who see this problem.

Not sure what's going on. The file downloads fine for me and I get the same checksum:
