The components.xml for eba-maven-plugin refers to its old group id but the plugin itself is in a different groupid.  This line:

                          <package>org.apache.aries.application:eba-maven-plugin:eba</package>

Should be :

                          <package>org.apache.aries:eba-maven-plugin:eba</package>
