TLP migration

Hi,

It seems that infra (or some automized processes) is working on our TLP migration. As consequence I count with difficulties. For instance our code repositories are not accessible for the moment.

I am going to track issues and keep you informed here…

Repos are available here:

e.g. https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/olingo-odata4/


The migration just removed the 'incubation' from all repos.
