[GitHub] [dubbo] mercyblitz opened issue #5595: [Feature] Add the matcher for HTTP request metadata

Its possible scenarios: 
- Dubbo Generic Invocation
- Dubbo Gateway
- Spring Cloud REST services

The matchers have to support:
- HTTP methods
- HTTP request path
- HTTP request parameters
- HTTP request headers
- HTTP consumers ( 'Content-Type' header ) 
- HTTP produces( 'Accept' header )
