[4.0] RequestLocaleManager + ILink on a submit

Dears,

Doh! I just discovered that RequestLocaleManager.persistLocale() is not invoked when an action listener returning an ILink from a component gets invoked.

Is it by design? Or do I have to file a bug or something?

I use ILink to implement the redirect-after-post pattern and, obviously, the submitted <form> is the one that changes the locale... How am I expected to handle a locale change, while implementing the redirect-after-post pattern?
