[jira] [Created] (AURORA-329) Restrict SLA commands to use only RUNNING tasks for calculating uptime

Maxim Khutornenko created AURORA-329:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Restrict SLA commands to use only RUNNING tasks for calculating uptime
                 Key: AURORA-329
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AURORA-329
             Project: Aurora
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: Client
            Reporter: Maxim Khutornenko
            Assignee: Maxim Khutornenko

Aurora client SLA commands should use RUNNING instead of LIVE_STATES when filtering tasks for the purpose of uptime calculation. This would avoid counting transient states like RESTARTING or KILLING towards the uptime.
