Here's what I propose for all our downloads: http://directory.apache.org/studio/download/download-macosx.cgi

I'll prepare a page like this for every single distribution we ship (Studio and Server), with detailled information on how to install the distribution (whether it's on Windows, Linux (various version) or Mac OS X).
