We should be able to pull all of the AmbariManagementControllerImpl code into the specific AbstractResourceProvider implementations. This would allow us to get rid of the AmbariManagementController interface which has grown to become a maintenance issue. It will also allow us to factor out a lot of code that is in place to deal with the fact that the controller doesn't handle predicates directly. Adding futrue functionaly becomes easier since resource provider deals directly with predicates.

This task has been broken down into sub tasks ...
