Hi Dieter,
Thanks for the patch. Its a bit unfortunate that struts2 uses a different calendar javascript package (its datepicker dojo component actually) that doesn't support internationalization. We have to changed to dojo instead of the one used by WebWork due to licensing issue.
Would you mind posting this patch in WebWork's jira, we could definitely patch it there. :-)
