I would like to use this bug report to keep track of ideas for updates to the 
FAQ next time we generate the docs.  I'll start off the list:

* No more DTM ID's available error message.  Maybe with a pointer to the "I'm 
having problems running with JDK 1.4" FAQ.

* I noticed the "Compatibility with Xalan-Java1" FAQ refers to the "next" FAQ.  
But, the FAQ's have since changed order and this doesn't make sense now.  It 
should point to the TrAX FAQ.

* In the Performance tips FAQ mention the System properties and jaxp.properties 
file where users can specify the implementations of the XML Parser and XSLT 
Processor that they want to use.
