Update Release & ApacheCon: May 16 to 18 in Miami
Hi Everyone,
Things are moving along on a SpamAssassin 3.4.2 release and a 4.0
release as well. It's my expectation that 3.4.2 will be the last 3.4.x
release.
My hopes is to have them ready to announce at ApacheCon

Sorry this took so long. The answer is yes but a full release candidate
is pending our ruleqa backend. I've been building pre releases and
things are getting closer. I'll send a pre-release to the list.
