    Doc: various fixes
    
    - remove some more references to clustering
    - cert for ATS acting as client setting is overridable
    - tcpinfo rtt is in microseconds
    - the volume.config only has 1 scheme nowadays, so, that makes
    partitioning based on it useless -- so removed those sections.
