   # Summary
   
   [NIFI-15223](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15223) Decouples the `nifi-site-to-site-client` from the `nifi-framework-api`, removing the direct dependency on `nifi-framework-api` and adding a `SiteToSiteEventReporter` interface to replace existing references to the framework `EventReporter`.
   
   This change avoids linking `nifi-framework-api` to extension modules such as the `nifi-site-to-site-reporting-task`. Minimal changes in framework modules to adapt two references for `EventReporter` to `SiteToSiteEventReporter` enabled removal of the `nifi-framework-api` library from `nifi-site-to-site-client` and `nifi-site-to-site-reporting-task` modules.
   
   Decoupling also surfaced an undeclared direct dependency on `nifi-framework-api` in `minifi-nar-unloader`, now added for references to the `Bundle` interface.
