Description:
Recently I found some deprecated config in yarn-default.xml which caused output `Configuration.deprecation` log.

|yarn.system-metrics-publisher.enabled|yarn.resourcemanager.system-metrics-publisher.enabled|
I think we should retain the latest config in yarn-default.xml. Let's remove it.
