[users@httpd] Cannot start the apache server

Dear all
I'm a newbie of using apache, when i had install the apache 2.0.48 on windowsXP sp1, then i was trying to start the apahce server, i got the following message : 
(OS 10048)一次只能用一個通訊端位址 (通訊協定/網路位址/連接埠)。  : make_sock: co
uld not bind to address 192.168.1.153:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

that mean i can't start the apache server!

Could someone please give me a hand on this and what should i dot to solve this problem?

available, shutting down'

This message means that there's another program using port 80 (default port
where Apache listen). You'll need to uninstall other programs that use port
80 by default (like Microsoft IIS, Citrix XML web service, etc ...), change
the port that those programs use or configure your 'Listen' directive
(inside httpd.conf) to listen on another port different than 80.
