help !! invalid package declarations (struts)

Hi, does anyone no why i now reciveve the following invalid package
declarations
My Package classpath is
struts-bbnpa/WEB-INF/classes/org/breconbeacons/class.java
struts-bbnpa the name of my webapp.

I have declared  package org.breaconbeacons;    //  top of java classes.
