[Jisp Store] clearification of the problem

Hello,
ahem, the Jisp Stpore acts like a normal database. Question, did you 
ever see your Oracle, DB2, MySQL and Co. database decreasing the size of 
their datafiles?. That's not possible.

What I did?

- implemented the clear() method, which clears all the entries but do 
not decrease the file size.

- When you want to get rid of your large data file. Stop the servlet 
engine and delete the file + index file.
