[users@httpd] error when running binbuild.sh

Folks,
We´re running/compiling the file binbuild.sh, and started to do a lot of things, till a point that gave me the errors below:

"find: cannot stat /projects3/ahajjsle/newconnectors/httpd-2.0.46/include/ap_compat.h
find: cannot stat /projects3/ahajjsle/newconnectors/httpd-2.0.46/include/ap_config.h
find: cannot stat /projects3/ahajjsle/newconnectors/httpd-2.0.46/include/ap_config_auto.h
find: cannot stat /projects3/ahajjsle/newconnectors/httpd-2.0.46/include/ap_config_layout.h
find: cannot stat /projects3/ahajjsle/newconnectors/httpd-2.0.46/include/ap_listen.h
find: cannot stat /projects3/ahajjsle/newconnectors/httpd-2.0.46/include/ap_mmn.h
.
.
.
and so on.."

 Environment:
 apache 2.0.46
 hp-ux 11

Where can we start to solve the error?
Thanks!

Ingrid

a modern version of httpd version 2.0? That would bring you a long ways.
