   > There's a bit of a chicken-and-egg problem here, since we can't add the downgrade tests _yet_, but what I can do is to create the tickets to both fix the known downgrade issues and then add the relevant downgrade path to the test matrix. Similar to how I couldn't add an upgrade test from 2.1 to trunk, but I filed a ticket with a note that once the ticket is fixed, we should be able to add the missing test parameters.
