> We currently do not support dynamic reconfiguration of KRaft remote controllers.  We only wire up brokers and react to metadata log changes there.  We do no such wiring or reacting in a node where process.roles=controller.  Related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-14051.
