Could you tell us where your Boost build comes from?
Can you try the [following workaround|https://arrow.apache.org/docs/python/development.html#known-issues], i.e. pass {{-DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS=-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0}} to your cmake invocation?
