CLOUDSTACK-8481: Adding test cases for validating global limit on concurrent snapshots
The global flag "concurrent.snapshots.threshold.perhost" defines how many concurrent snapshots are allowed per host.
The test cases test the functionality depending on flag value in positive and negative way.
Tested on KVM Advanced and Basic zones.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/gauravaradhye/cloudstack 8481
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/258.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
