0.50 release scheduled for a tuesday AM build against hadoop-2.5

It's the end of a sprint today, so I'm going to do a release tuesday morning

If there's something you must get in there, then add it to the dependency
list for that JIRA, complete the work and tests today. Otherwise, postpone
it until the next sprint.

This is going to be the (sole) Hadoop 2.5 build. It's expected to work
against 2.4.1 too.

For the following release, 0.60, we're going to flip the build to 2.6+
only, to pick up the newest features going in to help slider: labelled
nodes, credential provider, registry, ...
