dist-xerces failure on LSD

Hi everyone,

The descriptor for Xerces on LSD [1] does not match the one in CVS [2]. It 
was modified last week [3] to fix the build failure of dist-xerces. This 
is still failing on LSD.  Covalent [4] and CocoonDev [5] have no problem 
building the target.  Could someone look into getting this fixed?
