Command line pb

I'm using c-2.0rc1 on win95 with Tomcat4 and j2sdk1.4.0

I tried this:
G:\Tomcat\webapps\cocoon>java -jar G:\Tomcat\webapps\cocoon\WEB-INF\lib\cocoon-2.0rc1.jar http://localhost:8080/cocoon/test/set.html yyy.html

And got an enormous debug 10059 file ending with:
(same result with Tomcat running or down)

Can someone tell me which file is missing? 
To which place I should put them?
Or is my source file url wrong?
