Release of Cocoon Forms 1.0.0

Hello,

I just wanted to let you know that I plan to release CForms 1.0.0 from branch we have here:
http://svn.eu.apache.org/viewvc/cocoon/branches/cocoon-forms-1.0.0/

Since version 1.1.0 has been already released you should consider this more as a release for 
historical reasons. Moreover, this will be a nice test-drive for me before I start to release 
something more important.

I'll call a vote and post instructions how to test it once I'm done with the whole process.
