Log:
Set bugtraq:logregex property on the root directory.
This allows TortoiseSVN to parse arbitrary references to Bugzilla issues in addition to those that follow "Fix ..." template. Just the issue URL or "BZ + number" is enough.

It is merge of r1597572 from tomcat/trunk.
