[I] Add SparkSessionCatalog support for views [iceberg]

### Feature Request / Improvement
Views are currently only supported by `SparkCatalog`. We should also add support to `SparkSessionCatalog` and update `TestViews` to test against against a `SparkSessionCatalog` instance
