[jira] [Created] (RAT-93) Support more .NET specific file types in license appender

Support more .NET specific file types in license appender
---------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: RAT-93
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAT-93
             Project: RAT
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: engine
            Reporter: Stefan Bodewig
            Assignee: Stefan Bodewig
             Fix For: 0.8

I'm currently reviewing the Log4NET codebase and there are several files RAT could handle but doesn't.

.config and .csproj are XML files and so on.

I'll add new types as I go until RAT handles all 90 or so files in Log4NET that currently don't carry a license.
