VelocityEngine enhancement proposal
Hi all,
I would like to propose small change to
VelocityEngine.
Please, add constructors corresponding to init
methods.
This way VelocityEngine could be used in IoC type 3
containers without need to write stupid 5-line
wrappers all the time...

Seems ok to me. Most times this'll be in an "init" block of the code, or in
the template merge part of the code (for a 1 shot merge). There's likely to
be an exception try/catch there anyway.
