Right now Datadog is one of the few external monitoring systems that is supported by Nifi via a reporting task.  We are building a Prometheus reporting task that will report similar metrics as Datadog/processor status history and wanted to contribute this back to the community.

This is my first contribution to Nifi so please correct me if I'm doing something incorrectly.
