app working only one time on ios

hi list

i m trying my project on osX now .. i can start the app from Xcode on my device (iPhone 3gs) it works fine the first time then i change some code for exemple and restart the install on my device… the second time i see the splash screen then my iPhone completely freeze i have to shut it down or it restart alone.. Xcode just tell 'can start xxxxx'  (xxx=mapp…) :(

after reboot i start the app and it works Oo… 

what could be the error ??
