The Solr project does not use Jira as a support portal.  Use the mailing list or Slack.  I am closing this issue.  If after discussion we determine there is a bug, we can reopen this issue.

Once on a proper support venue, we are going to need to see your solrconfig.xml and DIH config, minus passwords.
