software donation

Hello,

We (Koalog) have developped a Code Coverage tool for Java applications.
It is a commercial product, however since we are using many open-source 
applications (Apache web server, Ant, Tomcat, ...) for our developments, we 
would like to donate free licenses to the Jakarta developpers.
Is it possible? If yes, how does this work?
