Aki Yoshida sent a note to me wondering why his JIRA account is marked "Inactive" and logins are disabled and everything.    Because the login is disabled, he cannot file an INFRA request to get it re-enabled.   Looking at the user, the email is set to dev-null@a.o which is bizarre.  

It should be:
username: ay
email: ay@a.o

Aki is an active committer on CXF and Camel and needs his JIRA account.
