[maven-bug] Closed: (MAVEN-244) Integrate statcvs into reporting system

1. It's way too slow to run by default.
2. It requires JDK 1.4 to run

Description:
StatCVS already exists as a plugin, integrate it. 

If it runs quickly and doesn't cause old JDKs to fail, make it on by default.
