Goodbye MD5, Hello SHA

Hi Folks,

Looks like Apache is going to obsolete MD5 as a checksum for our
downloads.  It isn't final policy yet, but there is little doubt that they
are going to recommend SHA-256 or greater.  I am going to take the time
now to adjust the build scripts.
