Missing Unprocessed Artifacts Scanning Options

Hi

Having upgraded from Archiva 1.0.1 to 1.3.1 I can now no longer see some of the "Database - Unprocessed Artifacts Scanning" options on the database page. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have installed Archiva as a web application under Tomcat 6.
