[users@httpd] Apache 2.0.43 and winroute on XP

Does any one having trouble using Apache on XP Pro with a WInroute installed
as a bridge to the internet

I am stuck inside the AcceptEx which falls into "Not A Socket" error with or
without the famous proposed patch for Mac Afee antivirus program


If anyone could help
