Added {{artemis-bom}} and removed {{$\{project.version}}} tags for most {{org.apache.activemq:artemis*}} and {{org.apache.activemq.rest:artemis*}} ({{jar}}, {{war}}, {{test-jar}}) dependencies. 

{{org.apache.activemq.examples._:_}} and {{org.apache.activemq.tests._:_ }}dependencies and those with unusual types or classifiers (pom, javadoc) were not addressed, as it might be best to handle them separately.
