[S2] config file inheritance (extending packages) - need help

According to the following page in the Struts 2 docs,
package inheritance only includes interceptor,
interceptor-stack, and action configurations.

http://struts.apache.org/2.0.8/docs/package-configuration.html

Is this true? I would like to know if
<global-results>, <result-types>, and
<global-exception-mappings> also get inherited when
extending a package. My guess is that they do get
inherited and the docs are just not up to date.

Anyone know?

-Bill

I know result-types are, and I'd be pretty surprised if the other two
weren't as well. File a JIRA ticket to get the docs updated, or file
a CLA [1] and get access to change them yourself.
