Currently user passwords are designed for Latin character set, however,  it is not suitable for Arabic character set as there is no Upper and lower case characters in Arabic alphabet something needed for proper password in OM.

Thus, Arabic users can not use Arabic password which prohibits them from using the service.

I suggest to put number of upper case, lowercase and numbers as options as in the number of the lenth of password and first name ... etc
