Description:
At the moment, you can use maven.eclipse.classpath.include to add additional classpath elements into the eclipse project. However this does not work if you do not have unit tests present.
This should either be rectified - move the additional classpath element creation outside of the unit test check, OR note in the help that this is a condition of using this element.
