Listener problem with 9.9.0 when using single click ultravnc

Hi Folks,
I'm trying to get Guacamole to work with single click (ultra-vnc).
It looks like it's trying to work. I see this is the log

The server side does all the changing the windows basic colours etc, but
it does say connecting, rather than connected.
On guacamole it just says "CONNECTING" "Connected to Guacamole. Waiting
for response..."

Any ideas?
If I hit refresh on the guacamole page I get this:

Just to add some notes of interest, I was originally trying to use the
debian shipped version 8.3.x but that didn't seem to support reverse
connections at all.
My /etc/guacamole/user-mapping.xml looks like this:

Any ideas?
