   If a cache is rebooted, when it comes back online, the NIC's bandwidth counter resets. Traffic Monitor does not handle this situation well for some reason, despite having the ability to deal with counters that roll. It could be that the time required to reboot and/or getting the cache out and back into service has something to do with the issue.
